Senator French, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent that the                                                               
Judiciary Committee referral be waived on HOUSE BILL NO. 137 am                                                                 
"An Act relating to an interstate compact on educational opportunity                                                            
for military children; amending Rules 4 and 24, Alaska Rules of Civil                                                           
Procedure; and providing for an effective date." Without objection, the                                                         
bill was referred to the Rules Committee.
